Mobile app has no setting for the attachment expiry indicator

Current problem

I have the expiry toggled off via canary desktop client, and I don't see the expiry dates in the desktop client or the Android mobile app. However, there's no setting for it in the mobile app currently.

Reproduction steps
  1. Compare the mobile app's Advanced > Chat settings with canary desktop client settings for configuring media buttons.
  2. Notice the lack of "Show attachment expiry indicator" toggle.

Can reproduce CR ;; Version 1.0.0, Beta 62, Channel Beta, Build 2429, Android 16 (arm64), Device samsung SM-S928B, Locale en-GB, Push fcm, Flutter 3.47.3, Dart 3.13.3
