Profile caches plutonium/visionary visibility unnecessarily

Observed behaviour

The profile appears as the first time you opened it, not respecting the changed Plutonium badge privacy settings until an app restart. Note this behavior is different from the You menu. This only specifically affects the Profile view.

Reproduction steps

Have Plutonium or Visionary (or work with someone who does)
In Plutonium Badge Privacy settings, make sure everything is set to be visible
Find a message you've sent somewhere and tap on your name or pfp to bring up the Profile
Take note of the current state of Plutonium badge visibility including purchase date, visionary number (if applicable), etc.
Go back to Plutonium Badge Privacy settings, hide one or more things
Reopen your profile (NOT the You menu)

Version 1.0.0, Beta 63, Channel Beta, Build 2436, Android 16 (arm64), Device Google Pixel 9a, Locale en-US, Push fcm, Flutter 3.47.3, Dart 3.13.3

Expected behaviour Plutonium badge privacy settings should be obeyed even if they were changed recently. Ideally checked upon opening the profile every time.

Can reproduce CR; though switching communities resolves it for me, the issue persists until then. Version 1.0.0, Beta 63, Channel Beta, Build 70, iOS 26.6.1 (arm64), Device iPhone17,4, Locale en-US, Push apns, Flutter 3.47.3, Dart 3.13.3
