"New" message divider line briefly flashes when sending own messages

Observed behaviour

For a brief moment right after sending a message, the "New" badge and red unread divider line flash on screen above or near the newly sent message, even though it's your own outgoing message.

Reproduction steps

  1. Open any chat channel (in private DMs or public communities).
  2. Type and send a new message.
  3. Observe the chat feed right as the message is sent.

Version 1.0.0, Beta 63, Channel Beta, Build 2436, Android 13 (arm64), Device Xiaomi 21061110AG, Locale en-US, Push fcm, Flutter 3.47.3, Dart 3.13.3

Expected behaviour Sending your own message should append it cleanly to the bottom of the chat without triggering unread message indicators.
