Observed behaviour

Emoji only appears to animate when used alone.

Reproduction steps

  1. Use image as a react or in-line with message text
  2. Observe the first frame of the image only, it does not appear to animate

Expected behaviour Emoji should animate regardless of use with text, without text, or as a reaction.

Can reproduce CR: Also does not animate in the emoji menu. Version 1.0.0, Beta 62, Channel Beta, Build 2429, Android 16 (arm64), Device Google Pixel 9a, Locale en-US, Push fcm, Flutter 3.47.3, Dart 3.13.3
