Slide-over menu have touch deadzone in the 'title' area of the menu

Observed behaviour

This area of the slide-over menu is a touch deadzone. Touching and holding, then sliding your finger up/down does nothing. There are no touch targets in the area to justify the deadzone.

Reproduction steps

  1. Long press on a community
  2. Select "Notification Settings" or "More Options"
  3. Press and hold on the same plane of the slide-over menu as the community's information(community icon, title, # online/members), between the grab pill and the selectable menu options.

Details

Expected behaviour Touching in this area should be an acceptable location to touch and drag up/down to expand or dismiss the slide-over menu.
