Fluxer's message sound ignores system DND settings

Observed behaviour

Hear the loud message sound (which is indeed loud due to fluxer inheriting system "ringtone" volume setting)

Reproduction steps

  1. Enable do not disturb mode
  2. Wait for someone writing a message in a chat (no matter is chat or entire application currently focused or not)

Build information

Version 1.0.0, Beta 58, Channel Beta, Build 2385, Android 11 (arm64), Device Meizu M6 Note, Locale en-US, Push fcm, Flutter 3.47.2, Dart 3.13.2

Details

Expected behaviour Fluxer shouldn't play it at all and stay silent when the phone is in do not disturb mode.

Can reproduce CR - Version 1.0.0, Beta 58, Channel Beta, Build 2385, Android 16 (arm64), Device samsung SM-S928B, Locale en-GB, Push fcm, Flutter 3.47.2, Dart 3.13.2
