Show send button setting replaces voice message button on mobile

Observed behaviour

Even when message box is empty, the voice message button is replaced by a dim send button, blocking you from sending voice messages

Reproduction steps

  1. Enable send message button on desktop
  2. Open mobile app, go to any channel where you have permission to send attachments
  3. Find the voice message button is replaced by the send message button

Version 1.0.0, Beta 60, Channel Beta, Build 2413, Android 17 (arm64), Device Google Pixel 10 Pro XL, Locale en-US, Push unifiedpush, Flutter 3.47.2, Dart 3.13.2

Details

Expected behaviour Show send button shouldn't affect mobile, or should at least not replace the voice message button, and be changable from mobile

Can reproduce CR - Version 1.0.0, Beta 60, Channel Beta, Build 67, iOS 26.6 (arm64), Device iPhone13,1, Locale en-GB, Push apns, Flutter 3.47.2, Dart 3.13.2

Can reproduce CR: Version 1.0.0, Beta 60, Channel Beta, Build 2412, Android 16 (arm64), Device Google Pixel 9a, Locale en-US, Push fcm, Flutter 3.47.2, Dart 3.13.2
