Reactions order not preserved

Summary

I've noticed that the order of reactions is not preserved. On a certain popular chat app people enjoy adding reactions using letters to form words. This works as long as the client stays open while the reactions are added. When you return to the message later, the reactions are ordered differently.

Steps to reproduce

1. Send a message
2. Add as reactions
3. Restart the app
4. Notice the reactions are now ordered differently:
