Forwarding a message sometimes does nothing until the app is restarted

Observed behaviour

the forward menu pops up yet the message options dialogue is cancelled. it happens only on occasion yet i can't seem to find any cause or reason, perhaps it may be related to how long the apps been open? last time i said "waiting a couple seconds [...] seems to 'fix' it" but that has either changed or not true, now once i can not forward a message i can't forward any future messages until the client is restarted.
Note
this was denied because meesub thought it was fixed but i can still reproduce it.

  1. hold and forward a message

Version 1.0.0, Beta 59, Channel Beta, Build 2400, Android 16 (arm64), Device samsung SM-S928B, Locale en-GB, Push fcm, Flutter 3.47.2, Dart 3.13.2

Can reproduce CR - very inconsistent but happens to me too - Version 1.0.0, Beta 59, Channel Beta, Build 66, iOS 26.6 (arm64), Device iPhone13,1, Locale en-GB, Push apns, Flutter 3.47.2, Dart 3.13.2

Can reproduce CR - can consistently repro by forwarding a message from a channel to personal notes then returning to the same message in the channel and attempting to forward again - Version 1.0.0, Beta 59, Channel Beta, Build 2400, Android 16 (arm64), Device motorola moto g stylus - 2025, Locale en-US, Push fcm, Flutter 3.47.2, Dart 3.13.2
