Incoming friend request options sheet has no drag handle

Observed behaviour

There is no drag handle causing the sheet to look weird and cramped at the top

Reproduction steps

Get a friend request from someone
Go to the request by pressing "Home" in the bottom nav, then the "Add friends" button at the top
Tap the 3 dots on the request

Version 1.0.0, Beta 58, Channel Beta, Build 65, iOS 26.6 (arm64), Device iPhone13,1, Locale en-GB, Push apns, Flutter 3.47.2, Dart 3.13.2

Details

Expected behaviour The sheet should have a drag handle and some top padding

Can reproduce CR: Version 1.0.0, Beta 59, Channel Beta, Build 2401, Android 15 (arm64), Device OnePlus CPH2465, Locale en-GB, Push unifiedpush, Flutter 3.47.2, Dart 3.13.2 | NB: Applies to outgoing requests as well.
