Expected behaviour The profile picture should be animated while the profile is open

Can reproduce CR (checked with reporter's profile) - animates on Desktop Canary - Version 1.0.0, Beta 57, Channel Beta, Build 64, iOS 16.6 (arm64), Device iPhone10,3, Locale en-US, Push apns, Flutter 3.47.1, Dart 3.13.1
