Static emojis are cut off in replies

Observed behaviour

The static emoji appears cropped or cut off when part of a reply.

Reproduction steps

  1. Locate or post a static emoji in the chat.
  2. Reply to the message containing the static emoji.
  3. Observe the rendered emoji within the reply preview or reference block.

Version 1.0.0, Beta 57, Channel Beta, Build 2366, Android 13 (arm64), Device Xiaomi 21061110AG, Locale en-US, Push fcm, Flutter 3.47.1, Dart 3.13.1

Expected behaviour The static emoji should display fully and correctly in the reply without being cropped or cut off.
