Self-hosted branding and mode does not fully apply to mobile client

Fluxer-specific branding appears in the above-noted cases (and likely in others).

Expected behaviour Instances of "Fluxer" should be replaced by the self-hosted instance's branding. For example, the Messages icon on the left should be the instance's logo. The name of the system bot should be the instance's name instead of Fluxer. The system DM channel should say "System announcements from [instance name] staff." instead of "Fluxer staff". The Plutonium badge and options in Profile should not show in self-hosted instances. The "Join Fluxer Labs" option in Settings should not appear.
