reply @ toggle is reset to user's preference or the default when channel is left and revisited

Observed behaviour

it resets to the default mention preference for the user you replied to

Reproduction steps

  1. reply to someone
  2. toggle the mention off of whatever its default was for that user
  3. visit another channel
  4. revisit the channel with the reply draft

Build information

Version 1.0.0, Beta 55, Channel Beta, Build 61, iOS 26.6 (arm64), Device iPhone17,1, Locale en-US, Push apns, Flutter 3.47.1, Dart 3.13.1

Expected behaviour the reply ping is saved even when the channel is left

Can reproduce CR - Version 1.0.0, Beta 57, Channel Beta, Build 64, iOS 16.6 (arm64), Device iPhone10,3, Locale en-US, Push apns, Flutter 3.47.1, Dart 3.13.1
