iOS app shows cross-server emotes as usable without Plutonium

Observed behaviour

I am allowed to select cross-server emojis in DMs, which turn back into text once sent.

Reproduction steps

  1. On an account without Plutonium, open a direct message
  2. Open the Fluxer emoji picker
  3. Select an emoji and see it appear in the chatbox
  4. Send the message and see the emote turn back into text

Details

Expected behaviour The app should show a banner in the emoji picker tray letting the user know that they need to be subscribed to Plutonium to be able to use cross-server emojis. Cross-server emojis should not be pickable from the emoji tray in DMs without Plutonium.
