[Visual Bug] right-swiping short messages that don't wrap, have no padding in the reply/edit icon

Observed behaviour

the icon looks very cramped and touches the border of the container

Reproduction steps

  1. send any message, theb send a very short message. "hello" "explodes" etc will do
  2. swipe the newer message from the right to show the reply or edit icon

Build information

Version 1.0.0, Beta 54, Channel Beta, Build 60, iOS 26.6 (arm64), Device iPhone17,1, Locale en-US, Push apns, Flutter 3.47.0, Dart 3.13.0

Expected behaviour the icon should have a bit more space to breathe, whether the container is bigger or the icon is shrunk

Can't reproduce CNR: iOS only? Version 1.0.0, Beta 55, Channel Beta, Build 2335, Android 16 (arm64), Device Google Pixel 9a, Locale en-US, Push fcm, Flutter 3.47.1, Dart 3.13.1
