Rex merged #2130 Sending a voice message while keyboard is open hides the voice message ui below the keyboard into #2088 Voice Message UI isn't visible while keyboard is open
Reason: This post was marked as a duplicate but never linked to the original. It reports the same voice message recording UI hidden behind the open keyboard as #2088.
