Voice Message UI isn't visible while keyboard is open

Observed behaviour

no UI so you're just gonna accidently send 2 second of random white noise.

Reproduction steps

  1. Tap the input message box
  2. hold down the microphone

Observed behaviour

It gets hidden behind the keyboard at the bottom

Reproduction steps

  1. Open the keyboard
  2. Tap and hold the microphone button to start recording a voice message
  3. Look at the bottom of the keyboard and see the voice message recording ui hidden under there (probably only see this on iOS with the semi transparent keyboard)
