Zalgo text overflows vertically in messages, role names and mentions

Observed behaviour

The Zalgo text is allowed to spill over vertically. There are probably other areas that I have missed, but these are what I've found. Screenshots attached.

Reproduction steps

These aren't really steps, just various places where Zalgo text is not bounded as it should be
Paste some Zalgo text into the message box e.g. ä̴̢̙̭͈̹̻͔̥͚̤͖̗͙̬́̐̊̅̂̃̌̆̃̕ͅs̶̡̨̨͙͓͕͖͈̪̻͕̯̫̒̐̓̾̂̄̏̔̉̃͑̏́̕͘͝d̴̨̡̤̰̞͈̰̹̻̫͔̠͖̄̓̾̋̆͗̈́̈́̔̈́̓̀̕̚̕͜͝f̵̰̦̫͑͛̉̚
Use Zalgo text in the name of a role and look at the role in Roles & Permissions
Use Zalgo text in the name of a role, assign it to a user, and look at their community profile
Use Zalgo text in the name of a role and bring up the @ mentions menu
