Observed behaviour

a (slightly buggy) skeleton perpetually attempts to load the member list

Reproduction steps

  1. go to a channel where you don't have permission to view the member list
  2. view the member list by tapping the channel name

Version 1.0.0, Beta 54, Channel Beta, Build 60, iOS 26.6 (arm64), Device iPhone17,1, Locale en-US, Push apns, Flutter 3.47.0, Dart 3.13.0

Can reproduce CR - Version 1.0.0, Beta 55, Channel Beta, Build 61, iOS 27.0 (arm64), Device iPhone16,1, Locale en-US, Push apns, Flutter 3.47.1, Dart 3.13.1
