weird jump when pressing the "+" button with thr keyboard open

Observed behaviour

two odd jumps happen in it, potentially leading to people selecting the wrong option when it's still "animating" (me, i was people)

Reproduction steps

  1. go to a chat you have permission to send attachments in
  2. bring up your keyboard by tapping the chatbar
  3. tap the "+" icon to the left of the chat
