Pasting text in a permission locked channel replaces the "you dont have permission text"

Summary

If you go to a channel where you don't have send message permissions and try pasting copied text, it will replace the "you do not have permission to send messages in this channel" text that is present in place of the chat box. Steps to reproduce

1. Open a channel where you lack send message permissions
2. Copy any text
3. Paste text while present in locked channel
