Notification settings do not reflect a changed community default on mobile

Observed behaviour

On mobile, the Community Notification Settings remains set (visually) to All Messages. See screenshot for visual. On desktop, the Community Notification Settings changes correctly. See screenshot for visual. Note: this only occurs in the scenario when the user has not specifically changed this setting in the past, hence the reproduction steps involving creating a brand new community.

Reproduction steps

Create a new community
Tap the community banner
Tap Notification Settings
Observe the default notification setting is set to All Messages
Go back and instead tap Community Settings
Tap General
Scroll down to Default notifications, and select 'Mentions only' as the new default
Save
Go back to Notification Settings
On desktop, check the same community's Notification Settings

Expected behaviour The mobile app should reflect the new default correctly like it does on desktop. When the community default is changed to 'Mentions only', the Community Notification Settings should also switch over to 'Only Mentions' in the Notification Settings Menu.
