[iOS only] The OS of device logins via the mobile app are just reported as “Unknown”

Reproduction steps

  1. Login to the Mobile app
  2. Go to the Linked Devices section of the user settings.
  3. Check the device of the logged in account.

Observed behaviour

It is just recorded as “Unknown”. Technically, the OS is mentioned on the right side [eg Fluxer iOS], but thats not consistent with the rest of the device list.

Version 1.0.0, Beta 45, Channel Beta, Build 51, iOS 26.5.2 (arm64), Device iPad16,6, Locale en-GB, Push apns, Flutter 3.44.8, Dart 3.12.2

Expected behaviour The OS detail is recorded, in a way similar to Windows/Mac/Linux

Can reproduce CR - Version 1.0.0, Beta 49, Channel Beta, Build 55, iOS 27.0 (arm64), Device iPhone16,1, Locale en-US, Push apns, Flutter 3.44.9, Dart 3.12.2
