Default folder color does not match desktop

Observed behaviour

On mobile, the default folder color reads as #B0ADFF, while on desktop the default folder color reads as #000000. Making a change on either client does sync the colors up as expected, however.

Reproduction steps

Create a new folder by dragging two communities together
Long press the folder
Tap 'Folder Settings'
Observe the default folder color
Check the same setting on desktop
