[Tablet] Tapping the button to collapse the members list is not respected when switching channels

Reproduction steps

Open the Fluxer Mobile app and go to a community.
In any text channel, tap the button to close the members list.
Switch to another channel.

Observed behaviour

It reopens, so you can never actually collapse it. Ideally, we wouldn’t show the members list in any case, preferring to show it either by tapping the same button we’re using to close it currently, or by a swipe gesture [replacing swipe to reply, via toggle]

Expected behaviour As you closed the members list, it should stay closed.
