Channel timeout not updated

Observed behaviour

timeout doesnt get displayed - this leads to further issues like if now you type on mobile it will show the wrong timeout

Reproduction steps

  1. open ratelimited channel
  2. write message in that channel on desktop

Version 1.0.0, Beta 39, Channel Beta, Build 2201, Android 17 (arm64), Device Google Pixel 6a, Locale en-DE, Push fcm, Flutter 3.44.7, Dart 3.12.2

Expected behaviour Timeout gets displayed on mobile by updating the timeout when a message of the current user arrives
  1. Rex changed the status from Needs triage to Confirmed
  2. Rex changed the status from Confirmed to Fixed

Can reproduce CR: Version 1.0.0, Channel Canary, Build 2259, Android 15 (arm64), Device OnePlus CPH2465, Locale en-GB, Push fcm, Flutter 3.44.9, Dart 3.12.2
