Full screen image menu 'Remove all reactions' pops under

Observed behaviour

The confirmation modal appears but pops under the image preview, so it is neither visible or interactable until after you close the image preview. It does work, however.

Reproduction steps

  1. Upload an image
  2. Add a reaction to it with any emoji
  3. Tap it to view the image full screen
  4. Tap the 3 dots menu
  5. Tap 'Remove all reactions'

Version 1.0.0, Beta 38, Channel Beta, Build 2199, Android 16 (arm64), Device Google Pixel 9a, Locale en-US, Push fcm, Flutter 3.44.7, Dart 3.12.2

Expected behaviour The modal asking for confirmation of removing all reactions should become visible.
