Reproduction steps
- Be in a community where you are immune to slowmode in some way [bypass slowmode permission, administrator, owner]
- Set a channel to have a slowmode.
- Send a message in the slowmoded channel.
- Observe the chat input box.
Observed behaviour
The slowmode time is replaced with a countdown, as if you are being affected by slowmode, even though you’re not.

Expected behaviour
As you are immune to slowmode, the set slowmode time for the channel should remain visible.
