Observed behaviour
On step 4, the alt text menu appears behind the image. Additionally on step 7 when you save, a toast appears with the error: 'Failed to edit attachment alt text'
Filing this separately from #1942 because the symptoms are very different.
Reproduction steps
- Upload an image
- Tap it to view it full screen
- Tap the 3 dots menu
- Scroll down the menu to "Edit Alt Text" and tap that
- Press back or the X at the top left
- Enter some alt text into the description
- Save

Expected behaviour
On step 4, the alt text menu should appear on top of the image. And on step 7 you should be able to save.
