[Android?] Community sidebar has elastic scroll

The communities list overshoots.

Version 1.0.0, Beta 40, Channel Beta, Build 2217, Android 15 (arm64), Device samsung SM-S926B, Locale de-DE, Push unifiedpush, Flutter 3.44.8, Dart 3.12.2

Expected behaviour Scolling stops when the top/bottom of the list is reached. On Android, the OS may also add an animation to indicate that a list has stopped scrolling. This is an inconsistency with the channel list.
