Editing 'About Me' in profile is broken in multiple ways

Observed behaviour

In Step 3: No matter how much text is modified, the Save button never appears In Step 4: The preview also does not update In Step 5: Adding an emoji brings up the save button and also causes the preview to update, but also resets the 'About Me' text field to its presaved condition making that emoji the last thing you can even save.

Reproduction steps

Tap 'You'
Tap 'Edit Profile'
Add some text to your 'About Me'
Scroll down and look at the preview
Add an emoji to your modified 'About Me' using the emoji menu
Scroll down and look at the preview again

Expected behaviour The save button should have appeared as soon as any changes were made to the 'About Me' section in step 3. Additionally the preview should continuously update as you modify the 'About Me', or at worst update whenever it loses keyboard focus.
