Voice channel activity indicator does not display until you open the community

Observed behaviour

Nothing is shown until you tap on the community, only then does the icon show

Reproduction steps

Get someone to join a vc in a community you're on
Open the mobile app

Build information

Version 1.0.0, Beta 31, Channel Beta, Build 2151, Android 14 (arm64), Device Xiaomi 22101320G, Locale pt-BR, Push unifiedpush, Flutter 3.44.4, Dart 3.12.2

Expected behaviour There should immediately be a green speaker icon in the community where the other user is on upon opening the app

Can't reproduce CNR; at least not on iOS. May be specific to device? Version 1.0.0, Beta 32, Channel Beta, Build 36, iOS 26.5 (arm64), Device iPhone17,4, Locale en-US, Push apns, Flutter 3.44.5, Dart 3.12.2

Can reproduce Acceptable & Valid on Beta 39, Build 45.
