Search panels cannot be dragged down to dismiss

Observed behaviour

Instead, the only way to dismiss it is to press back or tap in the empty space above the search menu. Note that this also seems to occur for the "From" submenu, but not for other submenus.

Reproduction steps

  1. Enter any text channel
  2. Tap the search button at the top right
  3. Try to drag the search menu down to dismiss it

Expected behaviour It should be possible to drag the search menu down to dismiss it.
