Audio attachments can only be played once

Observed behaviour

One of two things happens. Either the file hangs indefinitely, or after something times out it switches over to try and download the file. Neither behavior is expected.

Reproduction steps

  1. Upload any audio attachment (mp3, wav, etc.)
  2. Play it back within the app all the way to the end. You can seek to near the end to speed this process up.
  3. Tap the play button again to try playing the file again.

Version 1.0.0, Beta 39, Channel Beta, Build 2201, Android 16 (arm64), Device Google Pixel 9a, Locale en-US, Push fcm, Flutter 3.44.7, Dart 3.12.2

Expected behaviour The audio file should play again from the beginning.
