"Copy link" icon in channel context menu has the wrong icon style

Observed behaviour

The icon is filled making it look weird

Reproduction steps

  1. Open any community
  2. Tap and hold on a channel
  3. Look at the "Copy link" (or "Copy channel link" for link channels) icon

Can reproduce CR: Version 1.0.0, Beta 39, Channel Beta, Build 2201, Android 16 (arm64), Device Google Pixel 9a, Locale en-US, Push fcm, Flutter 3.44.7, Dart 3.12.2
