[Android] New image options button when viewing a image full screen fall behind nav buttons

Observed behaviour

The nav bar covers the bottom option in this menu. Even if you pull it up fully, you can never select the bottom-most option which currently is 'Edit message'

Reproduction steps

Tap on any uploaded image to view it full screen
Tap the new 3 dots button at the top right to bring up the new menu
