Noise suppression has duplicate settings state, silent errors and weak filtering

Found this thread when trying to see if anyone was talking about the noise suppression in general, because in testing with a few friends as we migrate over from Discord, Fluxer's noise suppression seems to do little to nothing. Enabled or not, we're all hearing each other's typing, breathing, or eating pretty clearly.
