Emoji picker pull tab is hidden when expanded to fullscreen in DMs

Observed behaviour

Pulltab disappears and might confuse people on how to exit the fullscreen. Pulling down where the pulltab should be still works and you can exit fullscreen picker. Appears to happen because the top bar showing the users name is too big and covers the Pulltab.

Reproduction steps

  1. Open the Emoji-Picker
  2. Pull the Pulltab up until the picker is full screen

Build information

Version 1.0.0, Beta 28, Channel Beta, Build 32, iOS 26.5 (arm64), Device iPhone17,2, Locale en-DE, Push apns, Flutter 3.44.4, Dart 3.12.2

Expected behaviour Have a Pulltab to pull it back down and exit Fullscreen Picker

Can reproduce CR: DM's only! Should be in steps but is in title only. Version 1.0.0, Beta 28, Channel Beta, Build 2101, Android 16 (arm64), Device Google Pixel 9a, Locale en-US, Push fcm, Flutter 3.44.4, Dart 3.12.2
