link embeds show up before uploads

Reproduction steps

  1. send a message with both a link that embeds and an uploaded file

Expected behaviour at least on the web app, uploads are embedded before the link embeds

Can reproduce CR Version 1.0.0, Beta 25, Channel Beta, Build 2090, Android 16 (arm64), Device samsung SM-A176U1, Locale en-US, Push fcm, Flutter 3.44.2, Dart 3.12.2

Can reproduce It is in fact the wrong way around. Desktop: image attachment first, rich link preview second. Mobile (wrong): rich link preview first, image attachment second; Version 1.0.0, Beta 32, Channel Beta, Build 2160, Android 16 (arm64), Device samsung SM-S938B, Locale de-DE, Push fcm, Flutter 3.44.5, Dart 3.12.2
