Cancelling screenshare via os native controls isnt detected by fluxer, and pretends like the screenshare is still going

Observed behaviour

stream keeps going without videl or audio input

Reproduction steps

start stream
cancel it by tapping on the big red recording sign and confirm the cancel

Can reproduce stopping screen share using the red OS indicator and returning to the Fluxer call does leave the app believing it is still streaming; Version 1.0.0, Beta 32, Channel Beta, Build 2160, Android 16 (arm64), Device samsung SM-S938B, Locale de-DE, Push fcm, Flutter 3.44.5, Dart 3.12.2

Seems like something missing in the flutter_webrtc for handing this, but we are moving off of that soon
