twemoji 16.0 (canary's version) isn't supported

Observed behaviour

they show up as :emoji: instead, or don't show up at all

Reproduction steps

  1. send or view a message with any of the following emojis included with emoji 16.0: 🫩 🫆 🪾 🫜 🪉 🪏 🫟 (leaving the flag one out as there seems to be a bug with it on desktop)
  2. not a second step, but rather, also look up any of those emojis in the emoji picker

Version 1.0.0, Beta 31, Channel Beta, Build 35, iOS 18.7.8 (arm64), Device iPhone17,1, Locale en-US, Push apns, Flutter 3.44.4, Dart 3.12.2

Expected behaviour they should all render as emojis or show up in the first place

Status changed from Won't fix to Confirmed
Reopened because the team said this is waiting on desktop and CDN support, not that it will never be fixed.
