No options menu for videos opened in fullscreen

Observed behaviour

this button doesn't exist. in order to copy a video link, one must go to the PWA

Reproduction steps

open an attached video in fullscreen
look in the top rigjt

Expected behaviour like attached images, a "..." button should exist that lets you do basic actions like copy/open the attachment link, save the media, etc

Can reproduce Confirmed - Same thing happens for images opened in fullscreen, you can only open in a browser or forward it. - Version 1.0.0, Beta 30, Channel Beta, Build 2131, Android 16 (arm64), Device samsung SM-F966B, Locale de-DE, Push unifiedpush, Flutter 3.44.4, Dart 3.12.2
