Community admins unable to access community settings

Observed behaviour

The community settings button does not show up in the server sheet after tapping on the server name or holding the server icon

Reproduction steps

  1. Be a community admin, but NOT the owner
  2. Have access to community settings through role permissions
  3. Attempt to access the community settings

Version 1.0.0, Beta 28, Channel Beta, Build 2101, Android 16 (arm64), Device samsung SM-A176B, Locale en-US, Push fcm, Flutter 3.44.4, Dart 3.12.2
