profile preview has incomplete border at the banner

Observed behaviour

the border gets ignored when an image banner is present

Reproduction steps

  1. go to You > Settings (gear icon) > Profile and then scroll down

Version 1.0.0, Beta 25, Channel Beta, Build 29, iOS 18.7.8 (arm64), Device iPhone17,1, Locale en-US, Push apns, Flutter 3.44.2, Dart 3.12.2

Expected behaviour the color border should go completely around the preview, like your profile should show
