Links in embeds do not hyperlink

Links are not clickable and unable to be opened.

Reproduction steps

View a bug report where an attachment is sent with links. An example of this would be #927: https://web.canary.fluxer.app/channels/1489322182823577203/1500499544222864133/1516923041429327872 (may be in another channel)
