GUILD_CREATE gateway message missing fields on guild (parity)

Summary

GUILD_CREATE's guild object has fields like stickers, features, presences, etc But is missing some fields a discord lib may expect to be present:

• guild_scheduled_events -> array
• threads -> array

I know these features aren't supported in the platform, but perhaps they could be made to return an empty array instead in the meantime.
