Reason: The new title is more specific: testers confirmed it happens with any heading.

Reason: Merged because both report the mobile app dropping the blank line after a heading-style line (# in 1733, -# subtext in 1790). A repro on 1790 confirms it happens with any heading, on Android and iOS.
