User can attempt to call Fluxer System user

Observed behaviour

Audio and video call buttons are shown in the top right, attempting to call gives an error 400 in the logs.

Reproduction steps

  1. Have a message from the system sent into your inbox.
  2. Go to the message.

Build information

Beta 54, Version 1.0.0, Android 10 (arm64), Device samsung SM-N960U1, Locale en-US, Push fcm, Flutter 3.44.1, Dart 3.12.1

Expected behaviour Audio and video call buttons are in the top right are hidden due to being the system user

Can reproduce CR - Beta 20, Version 1.0.0, iOS 26.5 (arm64), Device iPhone16,1, Locale en-US, Push apns, Flutter 3.44.0, Dart 3.12.0
