Image picker allows TIFF files

Observed behaviour

Instead, it allowed it. Expected behaviour It shouldn't have these files available as valid files to pick, according to the subtext under the Change Avatar button.

Reproduction steps

  1. Go to an image picker, I'll use the profile picture one under the Change Avatar button for this example.
  2. Scroll down to a TIFF file and see that it's highlighted in the file list and previews as a valid image. Use Open to select it.
  3. Note on the Crop Avatar screen that follows, no image is shown. You can push Skip Cropping to continue.
  4. See that the user profile preview display on the upper right shows a broken image icon.

Summary

When using the image picker for both the user profile picture and for sticker upload, TIFF files are highlighted in the file list as if they are a valid image file to use.
